Collateral Reviewer Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of Collateral Analysts to ensure the
integrity, accuracy, and compliance of property appraisals within the mortgage lending lifecycle. This role
balances high-level technical expertise in US residential valuation (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA) with operational leadership to meet production targets and maintain superior quality standards.
Job Description:
- Manage the daily workflow of the collateral review team to ensure all appraisals are reviewed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for loan processors and underwriters to resolve complex scenarios or delays.
- Conduct (QC) audits on team decisions to ensure strict adherence to investor guidelines and internal SOPs.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to inflated values or geographic competency issues.
- Develop, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists to reflect changing regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyse underwriting data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance appraisals to team members.
- Conduct training sessions on updated Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines or new appraisal technology platforms.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning regarding US market trends and regional property characteristics

- Act as a liaison to manage client expectations and align stakeholder interests through expert guidance and conflict resolution.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Banking, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in US Mortgage Underwriting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Expert-level knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
- Experience in residential mortgage appraising or residential appraisal review is required, along with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve processes.
- Strong leadership presence, excellent conflict resolution skills, and the ability to explain complex valuation logic to non-technical stakeholders.

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in both manual and
automation testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our
applications through effective test planning, execution, and automation. The role requires collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and technical requirements and create test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Work closely with development teams to reproduce issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Validate fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills:

The role involves interacting with clients to collect service feedback, perform verification checks, and
handle backend tasks as part of a blended process. The ideal candidate should possess strong
communication skills and a customer-centric approach. The essential duties involve meticulously
reviewing mortgage files that have been submitted for underwriting and verifying details from the
Employers/ clients over call.
Experience:
- Min 1 to 4 year of experience handling client/customer over call in any domestic or International Voice Process.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform verification as per defined process guidelines over call from client/employers.
- Evaluate and recommend decisions for agency-conforming residential mortgage loans
- Verify and analyze all necessary financial information and documentation; ensure that loan files contain all necessary credit and legal documents.
- Perform a thorough analysis of the applicant's income and expense data, asset documentation, and credit reports in order to affirm that the borrower qualifies for a loan.
- Calculate qualifying ratios, determine creditworthiness, provide risk opinions and recommendations (Conditionally Approve/Suspension).
- Maintain acceptable Quality Control standards set by the underwriting team.
- Communicate the documentation requirements to our internal processing partners.
- Continuously learn and expand mortgage underwriting skills to handle complex scenarios.

Role Description
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with MOZAIQ and Client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the software automation solution. Translate the business requirements into functional and technical specifications, the latter jointly with the technology development team
- Process Improvement: Create process maps, workflows, and visual models of the as-is and to-be processes to support recommendations
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business teams and MOZAIQ Technical (Development), Quality Control (QC), and Production Support teams; Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with all stakeholders
